Practical and Ethical Considerations with Pro Se Litigants – November 13, 2017

The Seattle IP Inn of Court hosted the William L. Dwyer Inn of Court and the Hon. Robert J. Bryan Inn of Court for the annual joint meeting of the Inns. The Bryan Inn of Court presented a skit entitled “The Perils of the Pro Se Litigant (including questionable ethics of opposing counsel).” A panel discussion on the “Practical and Ethical Considerations with Pro Se Litigants” followed the skit. The Honorable Philip K. Sorenson, Honorable Kevin Hull and Honorable Karen Donohue participated in the panel discussion, moderated by Eric Newman.
