How to Maintain Courtesy While Still Being a Zealous Advocate – November 15, 2012 (Group 3)

You don’t need to be a jerk to be a good advocate. Indeed, being a jerk often does your client a disservice.

That was Group 3’s message, which featured a lively discussion moderated by Jerry Riedinger, featuring panelists Hon. James Donohue, Mike Scott, Tim Seeley, and Steve Fogg. The presentation served as a reminder that fostering civility and professionalism is an important part of the Inn’s mission.

And it provided an ethics credit to boot!

Photographer’s apology:¬†Sorry for the grainy photos. My camera ran out of juice so I had to rely on my cell phone.

See you again on January 17!!
